The apoE ELISAPRO kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify apoE in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The three isoforms apoE2, apoE3 and apoE4 are detected. The kit contains ELISA plates pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and Apo ELISA buffer concentrate. The Apo ELISA buffer enables analysis of serum/plasma samples without interference from heterophilic antibodies. The kit contains pre-coated plates and matched amount of reagents and solutions.
