    DescriptionThis antibody recognizes human CD33, a 67 kD single chain transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the sialoadhesin family. The antibody is highly valuable for distinguishing acute myeloid from lymphoblastic leukemias. CD33 is expressed on monocytes in peripheral blood. In bone marrow, the CD33 antigen is found on granulocyte and macrophage precursors, and is absent from pluripotent stem cells. Application: IHC (f), FACS, Immunoprecipitation
