Description
MIDC 8 identifies dendritic leukocytes including epidermal Langerhans cells, veiled cells and interdigitating cells in secondary lymphoid organs, the medulla of the thymus and its in vitro counterparts. In combination with NLDC 145 it is very useful for the isolation of dendritic cells from the thymus. Double staining with MIDC 8 and NLDC 145 allows a more precise characterization of cells to be studied. Whereas MIDC 8 recognizes very specific cytoplasmic components, NLDC 145 stains cytoplasm and cell surface. Application: IHC (f)
