G-protein coupled receptor 19 (GPR19 or GPR-NGA) is a 415 amino acid protein with two potential glycosylation sites and one disulfide bond that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The gene encoding GPR19 was found to be overexpressed with small cell lung cancer and metastatic melanomas, but also with human embryonic stem cells.
