Description
RBP1 Polyclonal Antibody. The cellular retinol binding proteins (CRBPs) are an important component of retinoid activity, and involved in the transport and metabolism of retinoids. In humans, three known isoforms exist: CRBP1, CRBP2 and CRBP3. CRBP1 contriubtes to the maintenance of the differentative state of endomentiral cells through the regulation of bioavailablity of retinol. Conversly, loss of CRBP1 is assiociated with development of endometrial cancer.
