The Quantikine? HS Human IL-17 Immunoassay kit is a 4.0 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure IL-17 levels in serum and plasma. It contains HEK293-expressed recombinant human IL-17 and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. It has been shown to quantitate recombinant human IL-17 accurately. Results obtained using natural human IL-17 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine? HS kit standards.
