    ImmunogenAnti-PUMA antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the N-terminus of human PUMA-a. This sequence is identical between a and b forms of the PUMA proteins.
