Specific Activity: ~500pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: GSK3beta was incubated with a substrate (Ser/Thy peptide 9) for 65 min at 30°C in 1X kinase buffer supplemented with ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
