Description
This antibody detects IKKβ at 87 kDa on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human Daudi, HeLa, and mouse NIH3T3 cells. The antibody can be used for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry.
Immunogen
Clone 10AG2 was generated from recombinant full length IKKβ. This sequence is well conserved in rat and mouse IKKβ.
