Purity >92% by SDS-PAGE, MW: 45.4 kDa. The recombinant mouse FLT3L /Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 403 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 45.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 56 and 35 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse FLT3L (P49772-1) (Met1-Arg188) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
