ECL Kit (Human) is a quantitative, in vitro, Chemiluminescence-based sandwich immunoassay (ECL) suitable for use in Serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Zymogen Granule Protein 16 Homolog B. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Zymogen Granule Protein 16 Homolog B.
