The protein contains the HTLV-I gp21/gp46 immunodominant fragments, aa: (374-400), (190-207). Immunoreactive with all sera of HTLV-I and HTLV-II infected individuals with antibody response to HTLV envelope. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Westrn Blot.
