TIGAR Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids (including the 270 residues of full-length TIGAR and a 13-residue C-terminal TAT peptide) and having a molecular mass of 31.7kDa. The TIGAR is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
