This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Alpha-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Alpha-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 123.5-10000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 48.1 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Alpha-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
