This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Alpha-2-Macroglobulin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Alpha-2-Macroglobulin and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, urine and other biological fluids. Range: 12.5-800 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 5.9 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Alpha-2-Macroglobulin were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
