Description
CD5/CD20 Antibody Cocktail, FITC, PE. In humans, CD5 is a 67kDa T lymphocyte single chain transmembrane glycoprotein. It is present on all mature T lymphocytes, on most of thymocytes and on many T cell leukemias and lymphomas. It reacts with a subpopulation of activated B cells. The CD20 antigen is present on human pre-B lymphocytes and on B-lymphocytes atall stage of maturation, except on plasma cells. Low level expression of the CD20 antigen has been detected on normal T lymphocytes. CD20 is a non glycosylated protein with a molecular weight of 35 or 37 kDa depending on the degree of phosphorylation.
