    DescriptionRecognizes an 80kD glycoprotein, the human antigen CD44, H-CAM. Present on T-lymphocytes, granulocytes, brain, red blood cells and epithelial cell lines. Reacts with the same epitope as Hermes-1 on the molecule, which is a leucocyte adhesion molecule (hyaluronan receptor), participating in homing.
