Description
Epitope: 351 aa C-terminal of isoform A (N4; Uniprot ID: Q02645-1) spanning aa 806-1156. Use 1:10 in Blotto-Tween (PBS, 5% dry milk, 0.2% Tween) for Westerns or 1:1 in PBT (PBS, 0.3% Triton-X-100, and 0.5% BSA) for ovary staining. (Robinson et al., 1994). Identifies an epitope on the ring canal. Doesn't work for Immunoprecipitation. hts RC will not recognize any isoform missing the C-terminal portion of isoform N4. Rcognizes Ovhts-RC.
