Description
Epitope: N-terminal, polyP. Western blot: in Human, weak binding to high molecular weight Htt, and strong binding to two smaller protein bands (doesn't differentiate between HD and non-HD); in mice, preferential strong binding to expanded polyQ domain. ICC: perinuclear or nuclear membranes in WT and expanded polyQ domain mutant; stains aggregates as inclusions in the nuclei of expanded polyQ domain mutant.
