    DescriptionEpitope: N-terminal, polyQ. MW1 is specific for the elongated polyQ stretch through which mHtt aggregates. The epitope is hidden in aggregates. This antibody is also known as anti-polyQ. Appears to recognize an altered conformation of the polyQ domain generated as the polyQ domain of Htt increases in length.
