TSN produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 228 amino acids (1-228a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa. TSN is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
