    DescriptionEpitope: N-terminal a.a.1-51 near a.a. 40. This antibody identifies cells infected with all strains of the avian sarcoma/leukemia virus complex and can also be used to identify cells harboring Rous sarcoma or avian leukemia virus-derived vectors. Gag-Pro polyprotein is cleaved into protein fragments; p19 represents the first 155 amino acids of the Gag-Pro polyprotein. Abdominal-b has two isoforms, M and R; isoform R lacks the amino terminal 223 aa portion of isoform M. Both M and R isoforms are recognized by mAb 1A2E9.
