Synaptobrevin1 binds to t-SNAREs, syntaxin (STX) and SNAP25, after the fusion of synaptic vesicles to plasma membrane. Recombinant human Synaptobrevin1, fused to His- tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
