Human TLR4/NF-kB/SEAP Reporter cell line is a stably co-transfected cell line which expresses full-length human Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and the secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene under the transcriptional control of an NF-kB response element. The recombinant form of placental alkaline phosphatase (secreted alkaline phosphatase, SEAP) is used for reporter gene function.
