This antibody reacts with the light chains of rabbit immunoglobulins in various antibody applications that utilize HRP readouts, such as western blot, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry.
Immunogen
Clone 5A6-1D10 HRP-conjugated mouse monoclonal secondary reagent reacts with the light chains, but not heavy chains from rabbit immunoglobulins, and has minimal cross-reactivity with bovine, goat, horse, human, mouse, rat, and sheep immunoglobulins.
