    DescriptionThe antibody detects 46/52/66 kDa bands corresponding to the molecular weight of ShcA variants on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of A431 cells. It also detects ShcA in human Jurkat, HeLa, and SKN-SH cells, as well as rat brain tissue and rabbit spleen fibroblasts.
    ImmunogenClone M353 was generated from a recombinant protein that included amino acid residues within the C-terminal region of human ShcA. This sequence has high homology with similar regions in rat and mouse ShcA.
