Description
Mouse Anti-XRN2 Recombinant Antibody (9F7G11). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human XRN2. The antibody, clone 9F7G11, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB, IHC-P. XRN2 is a 5'-3' exonuclease that promotes transcription termination at cotranscriptional cleavage sites. XRN2 binds to RNA polymerase II (RNAp II) transcription termination R-loops formed by G-rich pause sites. XRN2 may promote the termination of transcription by RNA polymerase II.
