RCN2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 313 amino acids (26-317 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.8kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). RCN2 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
