Serum 1 was pooled from three separate bleeds from the same HIV-1-positive patient. Serum 2 was pooled from four separate bleeds from the same HIV-1-positive patient. The antisera were diluted with PBS and distilled water prior to lyophilization. Reconstitution with 250 ?l distilled water gives the titers referenced above, although the antisera are actually at a 1:2 final dilution of the original samples
