The EuroFlow? approach to monitor MRD in MM by Next Generation Flow overcomes the current limitations of conventional flow cytometry. This approach includes the development of panels and protocols for the staining and acquisition of high number of events. The kit has been designed to provide fast, ultrasensitive and accurate assessment of MM MRD. This kit is comprised of two tubes of lyophilized antibodies and additional reagents as follows: Tube 1: 6 antibodies against the surface antigens CD38, CD56, CD45, CD19, CD117, CD81.
