The LEGENDplex? Mouse IgE Assay is a bead-based ?assay, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for quantification of mouse immunoglobulin E i.e. IgE. This assay provides higher detection sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods.
