    DescriptionGoat polyclonal to IgG. The reactivity of the antiserum is directed to the Fc and Fab subunits of IgG. It includes a certain degree of reactivity with other immunoglobulins via the common Fab portion. In immunoelectrophoresis against hamster serum a single characteristic precipitin line with a spur is usually obtained. It does not react with any non-Ig protein in hamster serum, as tested by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion.
    ImmunogenPurified normal IgG isolated from pooled Syrian hamster serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
