LGALS9 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-148 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5 kDa. Galectin-9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
