Anti-Mouse IgM (mu chain) (RABBIT) Antibody has been assayed against Mouse IgM in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin. A working dilution of 1:15,000 to 1:70,000 of the concentration is suggested for this product. Mouse IgM antibody is suitable for immunosassays including western blot and ELISA.

    DescriptionAnti-MOUSE IgM (H&L) (RABBIT) Antibody is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(c). Some light chain cross reactivity may occur against Mouse IgG.
