Murine spleen tissue lysate can be used as a positive control in western blotting, and a band at approximately 48 kDa is expected. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-Caspase-12 Antibody is directed against mouse Caspase-12 protein. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. The antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. Reactivity against homologues from other sources has not been determined.
Immunogen
Caspase-12 Antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids near the amino terminus of mouse Caspase-12 protein.
