ApplicationsELISA, Western Blot. Anti-ERK/MAPK Antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 42-44 kDa in size corresponding to the ERK/MAPK protein in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

DescriptionAnti-ERK/MAPK antibody is directed against rat ERK/MAPK. Anti-ERK/MAPK antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Anti-ERK/MAPK antibody recognizes ERK/MAPK from rat sources. Cross reactivity with ERK/MAPK from other species has not been determined. However, reactivity is also expected against mouse ERK/MAPK based on 100% sequence homology.
ImmunogenAnti-ERK/MAPK Antibody was produced in rabbit by repeated immunizations with synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues from the C-terminal region conjugated to KLH.
