Description
ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 antibody is directed against human ERK/MAPK. ERK/MAPK pT202/pY204 antibodies are affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lambda-phosphatase. Reactivity from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine, chicken, mouse, non-human primates, Xenopus and zebra fish.
Immunogen
Anti-ERK/MAPK Antibody was produced in rabbit by repeated immunizations with synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Thr202/Tyr204 conjugated to KLH.
