WM3918 is a metastatic human melanoma cell line. These cells need 5-10% of FBS to adhere to culture flask. This cell line expresses wild type BRAF, N-RAS, c-KIT, and CDK4 genes. WM3918 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
