It also plays a role in promoting oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner. BioVision's KRAS ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of KRAS in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of KRAS captured from the samples.
