Description
Rabbit Anti-Mouse IL-10 monoclonal antibody for WB. IL-10 (Interleukin 10) is an anti-inflamatory cytokine produced by activated macrophages and by helper T cells. It inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF. This antibody was raised against mouse IL-10. In mouse the gene, it is located on chromosome 1.
