Amphoterin-Induced Gene and ORF 3 (AMIGO3) is a member of the AMIGO family. AMIGO family proteins are cell adhesion molecules, which exhibits homophilic and heterophilic binding properties, plays an important role in neuronal axon tract development. AMIGO3 is a type I transmembrane proteins, includes six leucine-rich repeats (CRRs) and Ig domain in the extracellular domains.
