BCL7C Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 240 amino acids (1-217 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 25.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). BCL7C is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
