    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human IkB epsilon (pSer22) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of IkB epsilon only when phosphorylated at serine 22 (pSer22). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1392 was sufficient for detection of IkB epsilon (pSer22) in 10 μg of human jurkat cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
