Description
Rabbit Anti-Human AKT1 Polyclonal. Detects 65 kDa. Band is detected at ~65 kDa, due to post translational modifications. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-745 was sufficient for detection of HSP90 alpha/beta in 10 μg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-llama IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
