Description
Rabbit Anti-Human c-Jun Polyclonal. Detects 35.7 kDa, band at 25 kDa is possible degradation product. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-728 was sufficient for detection of c-Jun in 15 μg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
