Description
Rabbit Anti-Human RUNX2 Polyclonal. Detects ~56kDa, endogenous levels of total RUNX2. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1311 was sufficient for detection of RUNX2 in 10 μg of MC3T3-E1 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
