Description
Rabbit Anti-Human PKD1 (pSer910) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of PKD1 only when phosphorylated at serine 910 (pSer910). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1421 was sufficient for detection of PKD1 (pSer910) in 10 μg of human epidermoid carcinoma cell line (a431) lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
