    DescriptionRecognizes human C3d, a fragment of the alpha chain. Epitope specificity differs from that of clones 6F64 and 6F66. Reacts with C3. Binds C3 when coated on ELISA wells or when used as detection antibody with a polyclonal C3 antibody. Reacts with C3b deposited on coated antibody molecules. In Western Blot after SDS-PAGE, reacts with C3 in both reduced and unreduced forms.
