CEF20, a CEF control peptide pool, is an HLA-A*0201-restricted epitope from cytomegalovirus pp65 (495-503). Such epitopes are useful in applications such as ELISPOT, intracellular cytokine, and CTL assays, and they also provide as net weight based on peptide content.
