Description
Mouse Anti-CAMK2G Recombinant Antibody (6A4A10). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes CAMK2G. The antibody 6A4A10 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB. The product of this gene is one of the four subunits of an enzyme which belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family, and to the Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase subfamily. Calmodulin-dependent kinases (CaMK) are a family of serine/threonine kinases that mediate many of the second messenger effects of Ca2+. At basal Ca2+ levels, CaMKs are maintained in a dormant state through autoinhibition, which can be relieved by increases in Ca2+ levels.
